We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original tags and labels attached
- Returned in its original packaging, where applicable
- Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, stains, marks, or any other signs of wear
- Returned with the hygiene liner still attached, if applicable
Please try on swimwear over underwear and do not remove the hygiene liner until you are sure you wish to keep the item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for swimwear that has been worn, washed, damaged, soiled, or returned without its original hygiene liner or tags.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will then provide you with the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider..
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Our mastectomy bikini tops are designed to provide comfortable support and a secure fit, with thoughtfully designed pockets to hold your breast prosthesis or swim form securely in place.
Finding your perfect fit
Choose your usual size, using our size guide for measurements if you’re between sizes. The bikini top should feel supportive and comfortable without digging in or feeling restrictive. Make sure the straps are adjusted to sit comfortably on your shoulders, and that the cups sit smoothly against your body.
For those with a smaller breast, the moulded padding can be removed to create a more natural fit and feel. Simply remove the padding from the cup before wearing. If using a breast prosthesis or swim form, gently place it into the pocket and check that it feels secure and comfortable before swimming.
Looking after your swimwear
To keep your bikini top looking and feeling its best, rinse thoroughly in cool, fresh water after each swim. Hand wash gently with mild detergent and leave to air dry naturally, away from direct heat. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, tumble drying and ironing.
With the right care, your bikini top will stay comfortable, supportive and beautiful, swim after swim.
